1. About Nimly

Nimly is a business software tool that enables users to integrate with third-party platforms, including Facebook Lead Ads, to retrieve, manage, and analyze lead data within a centralized dashboard.

By connecting your account, you authorize Nimly to access and retrieve permitted data in accordance with the respective platform’s terms and policies. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their services.

Nimly processes lead data solely for providing dashboard reporting and CRM functionalities. Stacksthat PVT LTD does not sell or misuse user data. Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Nimly, including software, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of Stacksthat PVT LTD.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stacksthat PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of Nimly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
